Wash & fold and commercial laundry are charged by weight, because that's the fairest way to price a mixed bag of everyday items. Ironing, dry cleaning, and specialist pieces are charged per item, because finish quality matters more than weight when an iron is involved.

Is there a charge for pickup or delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are free within our Chennai service area. There is no surge pricing on weekends or evenings.
How does the minimum order work?
If your order is under ₹299, we'll charge the ₹299 minimum. You can mix services — for example, three shirts ironed plus a small wash & fold bag — to comfortably clear the threshold.
When do you weigh the laundry?
At our facility, on calibrated scales. The app gives you an estimate from the item count you input; the final price is calculated on receipt and confirmed before we begin.
Do you offer corporate billing?
Yes, through our commercial accounts. Monthly invoicing, account credit, and itemisation by property or department. Request a tailored quote.
